How to merge PDFs into one file
Use the Merge PDF tool. Your files are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.
Steps
- Choose two or more PDF files, in the order you want them joined.
- Check the listed order — the merged file follows it exactly.
- Merge the files and download the single combined PDF.
- Open the result and check the first and last pages before sharing it.
When this helps
Joining chapters, scanned pages, or separate reports into one document to share or print — for example, a cover letter plus a CV, or several receipts for one expense claim.
Limits
Merging keeps pages as they are. It does not re-flow text, compress images, or fix a damaged PDF, and it cannot put pages in an order you did not choose. If the merged file is too large for its destination, use the Compress PDF tool afterwards — but check the quality, since compression trades quality for size.
