How to use Blur/pixelate image

A good use for this

Hiding faces, number plates, or screens in a photo before sharing it.

Limits

Only the region you select is hidden, and a light blur can sometimes be partly reversed — for sensitive material, use strong pixelation and check the result at full size before sharing.
